Information regarding conference registration and payment
As soon as the Conference Secretariat receives your registration and payment, you will receive an email with confirmation of your registration with all registration and accommodation details and payment status. (Please note that payment must be initiated at the same time as the registration. Failing to comply with this, the registration is not valid). It is your responsibility to ensure that all details such as address, booked events, number of persons, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance with your wishes. We therefore strongly advise you to read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmation email, please contact DIS Congress Service on email email@example.com immediately.
Receipt of payment
In the event that DIS Congress Service has not received your full payment for the conference fee and possible tours before September 1, 2014, you will receive a cancellation notice covering the items for which payment is outstanding and your reservation will be cancelled. Cancelled tours can be re-booked and paid on-site if still available.
Cancellation of participation
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must send a written notice to DIS Congress Service on email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain any refunds.
The following rules apply:
- Until June 1, 2014 : full refund less DKK 750 (100 €)
- June 1, 2014 – August 1, 2014 : full refund less DKK 2.250 (€ 300)
- After August 1, 2014 : no refund
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
If you want to transfer your registration to another person, this is possible against a fee of DKK 750 (100 €). In this case please contact DIS Congress Services on email@example.com as early as possible.
List of participants and badges
A List of participants including the names, firms and countries of the delegates and accompanying persons will be made available to all delegates. When registering for the conference, the delegate and accompanying person automatically agree with this, unless the delegate specifically inform the organisers otherwise in writing. Delegates and accompanying persons will be required to wear their conference badges at all times during the conference, the social events and the tours.
Final registration at Tivoli Congress Center
Participants must register at the registration desk at Tivoli Congress Center as soon as possible upon arrival. The registration desk opens Tuesday, September 16 at 10.00 hours and will remain open until Friday, September 19 at 09.00 hours.
