We have now reached more than 700 registered participants.

Arriving in Copenhagen
By air If you come by air, you land at the International Airport (Kastrup) in Copenhagen. You can reach the conference venue, Tivoli Congress Center (and the conference hotels) by taxi in approx. 15 minutes at the
cost of approx. DKK 300.
You can take the train directly from Copenhagen Airport Terminal 3 on track 2 to Copenhagen. Get off at Copenhagen Central Station and walk to the Tivoli Congress Center which is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. (Please note that the Tivoli Congress Center is NOT located in Tivoli itself, see map).
By car If you come by car the address for your GPS is Arni Magnussons Gade 2, 1577 København V.
In collaboration with Wakeup Copenhagen, Tivoli Hotel offers a video-monitored car park for hotel guests. The car park is located between the two hotels and has direct access to Tivoli Hotel and Congress Center.
Parking rates: Price per hour DKK 20. Price per day (more than 7 hours) DKK 140.

Register early at Tivoli Congress Center to avoid queues
We strongly recommend that you register and pick up your conference bag, name tag, etc. as early as possible to avoid queues Wednesday morning. Registration takes place in the lobby of the Tivoli Congress Center (= the lobby of Tivoli Hotel). Registration will be open Tuesday, September 16, 10.00-18.00.
Wednesday, September 17 registration opens 08.00 and Harlekin and Columbine will welcome all delegates to Copenhagen and IGRC2014. Please remember to bring the receipt from your online registration and payment.
Download the IGRC2014 app
A conference app for iOS and Android mobiles and tablets is now available to all delegates. The app makes it easy to browse the programme, select sessions of interest and read the abstracts in those sessions. In addition the app offers e.g. a list of delegates, technical tour information and information about the social programme and accompanying persons programme.
How to install the app: 1. Go to the App store or Google Play store 2. Search for "Eventure" and install.
3. Find IGRC2014 under available events inside the Eventure app. 4. Select "install" to install IGRC2014
Download the full conference programme or the pocket programme
The printed version of the complete conference programme is now avilable for download. An overview pocket programme is also available. Both documents will be included in the conference bag that all delegates receive when registering at Tivoli Congress Center. Download and print your own programme
For authors of oral and workshop papers there is a Speakers breakfast at Tivoli Congress Center at 08.00 in the morning of the day of their session. Here the session chairperson and the speakers can fine-tune the session. There is a table dedicated to each session that day. Speakers breakfast is in rooms Kastanien/Guldkareten and Påfuglen/Tulipanen on second floor. Remember to bring your CV for your introduction by the session chairperson if not already sent to us.
Technical tours, Tuesday September 16
Please remember that all technical tours start Tuesday, September 16 at 14.30. Meeting point: lobby of Tivoli Congress Center.

IEA Gas and Oil Technology Workshop joins IGRC2014 - INVITATION
A workshop is set up by the Dutch TNO Energy Department in cooperation with the IEA’s Gas and Oil Technology Implementation Agreement (GOTIA) on September 16 at the Tivoli Congress Center immediately preceeding the IGRC2014. The workshop will entail a presentation and overview of the GOTIA focus areas and a briefing on the current research projects.
